Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the product in its original packaging and ensure it is safely tucked inside a protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
